Hi - Massada Hostel - Ein Bokek

I recently stayed at Hi - Massada in Ein Bokek for a few days. The receptionist and maintenance man were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They fixed a broken refrigerator in our room immediately. The hotel has stunning views of the Dead Sea and mountains, and the pool is perfectly situated. The facilities are very clean, and the rooms come with a fridge, which is convenient for storing food while traveling. The buffet meals were delicious and the breakfast included fresh fruit and soy milk. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the free beach and the Masada entrance.

The pool was cold.

Perfect location, right at the foot of the famous fortress. Easy access to Ein Boqek for floating on the water and shopping. Clean and comfortable, just like all HI youth hostels. The staff was helpful and service-minded.- The swimming pool was great, but what I loved the most was the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Waking up to the beautiful bird song and dramatic desert scenery was truly a treat.

Some of the students staying at the hostel were loud and misbehaving, especially during late hours and breakfast time. It would have been better if the staff had controlled their behavior more effectively.

We absolutely loved the dinner at the hostel, with fresh vegetables and salads at the buffet. Being so close to Masada allowed us to climb early in the morning, which was a fantastic experience. the breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the free parking.
